I remember exactly what the onset of the neuropathy in my feet felt like. There was a light tingle in the tips of my toes, leaving me bewildered but not overly concerned. Having just endured rounds of poisonous chemotherapy, my body was doing many weird things and I just figured that this was one of them. I had no idea that the tingling would spread downward & become a numbness that occasionally escalated to a burning pain/discomfort. I was and am so damned happy to be alive that I view all non-fatal inconveniences as just that…inconveniences.

As documented here, I’ve tried a few things to abate the residual effects of chemotherapy and peripheral neuropathy.
