We Are All One
I’ve written about Dr. Joe Dispenza before. He has several books that deal with the power of the mind. I just finished a podcast episode with Rick Rubin and Dr. Joe, which blew my mind. It’s a two-hour conversation about how we can change ourselves by altering our thoughts. It made me realize that I’ve been doing things wrong. Understandably, my cancer journey has been an impetus to embrace gratitude. However, continuing to dwell on it isn’t going to get me where I want to be.
