Youth is Wasted on the Young

I made a metric shit ton of mistakes in the early years of my radio career. It’s pointless to dwell on them, I know, but I can look back with a healthy perspective and try my hardest to help others in my industry avoid some of the errors I made. I never took a single class on radio or communications. To be 100% honest, I’m still not certain that I needed to. What I do wish that I had learned, however, is the skill of managing people. That definitely would have assisted me in learning how to motivate people and make them feel valued.
