It Ain't All About Smoking Meats
Holy Fucking Forty-Minute Walk, it’s sweltering outside! Sarah and I just completed another stroll through the neighborhood, undaunted by the humidity and temperature. It’s all in the name of getting stronger (so I can get weaker again, see previous post), so I’ll tolerate the conditions and drink my G2 (I am not supposed to drink water due to the reoccurring sodium situation in my body). While walking and talking, I silently reflected on the day that I had yesterday and I thought it might be worth sharing with you. The more I write, the more I love writing. I hope that the frequent posts make you feel better about investing your time and money here, and not worse. With the looming hospital stay in a few weeks, I know that my updates will take a hit along with my physical well-being…so just as I am fortifying my body and soul, I’m trying to strengthen this Substack and give you reasons to read.
