Managing Expectations
We will not be getting the “all clear” just yet.
I want to preface this surprising and not-so-fantastic news with a request. You may want to say “I’m sorry” or some variation of that after reading the news I’m about to share. I get it, but I’d appreciate it if you didn’t. This will not be an easy read, especially if (like me), you were hoping for and expecting good news at my oncologist appointment tomorrow.
