I honestly try not to bitch too much about my feet. If you’ve been reading these posts for a few years, you may think I whine about them a lot. You’re probably not wrong. That said, they are in a constant state of discomfort that frequently borders on agony. The dead nerves have left my feet in shambles. At best, they feel like they’re always asleep. At worst, it’s a burning and tingling sensation combined with a “crunchy” feeling when I try to bend my toes. As someone who used to be very active, playing tennis and basketball and even going for walks and runs, I absolutely hate it.
