As I exercise and drive, I find myself gravitating towards podcasts. My current favorite is Duncan Trussell Family Hour. More than just a comedian or podcaster, Duncan is a spiritual leader. You may be familiar with his brilliant Netflix show, The Midnight Gospel. His unique and fantastic voice pairs with his keen and bizarre brain to deliver content that resonates and enlightens. He makes me think more than anyone I can think of.
