In a Familiar Place
As war wages across the sea, I find myself wondering how and why we got here. Yesterday, on the radio show, I posed a question: when did we lose our way? Was there ever a time when politicians genuinely cared about their constituents? Is there a specific era or instance when corruption reared its ugly head? Or, was it there all along?
