As they said in those American Express commercials back in the day, membership has its privileges. You fine people who have chosen to bust out your hard-earned money and support me in my fight against cancer and the ensuing medical bills deserve inside information before the unwashed masses receive it. I say that without an ounce of shame, knowing those freeloaders who signed up for “free updates” will read this first paragraph and then run head-first into a paywall that will prevent them from knowing what you know.
