A Surprise Anniversary

What a Year

I sat down to write on this beautiful yet muggy Saturday morning, not even realizing that it was one year ago that I was granted my emancipation from my first round of high-dose chemo/stem-cell transplant. I only found out because I had the impulse to look back at my Substack posts. When I did so, I discovered that I crafted a “Home” post exactly a year ago today. I really needed to read that because it helped me put a lot of things into perspective. As is my nature, I’ll share them with you.
